Inventory & Stores
Item master, multi-location stock, batch and lot tracking, reorder levels, physical verification and variance reports. Real stock, in real time.
Details →One system where stock, purchase, production, sales, dispatch and accounts finally agree with each other — so you stop reconciling and start deciding.
Almost every MSME hits this wall at roughly the same stage of growth.
Sales has a sheet, the godown has a register, production has a diary, accounts has Tally. Nobody can say what the business position is without a two-day exercise.
A shortage surfaces on the day of dispatch. An overdue payment surfaces when the customer asks for more material. By then you are reacting, not managing.
Every extra crore of turnover needs another person for coordination and data entry. Margins do not improve with scale because the overhead scales too.
You know your overall margin at year end. You do not reliably know which product, customer or job actually made money — so pricing decisions are instinct.
The traditional ERP pitch is all-or-nothing: buy the whole suite, spend a year implementing it, change how your business works to match it. For a large corporate with a compliance department, that can make sense. For a business doing twenty to two hundred crore, it is usually a way to spend a lot of money and disrupt operations for a year.
In our experience most MSMEs get eighty percent of the benefit from four connected areas: accurate stock, a clean purchase-to-payment flow, order-to-dispatch tracking, and reliable costing. Get those four right and talking to each other, and the business feels transformed. Everything else can come later, or never.
So we build in phases. Phase one solves your most expensive problem and goes live in weeks. Phase two connects the next area. You fund each phase from the return on the last one, and you can stop whenever you have enough.
We also do not try to replace Tally. Your CA knows it, your compliance runs on it, and there is no upside in fighting that. We connect to it instead.
You pick what you need. Each module works on its own and gets better when connected to the others.

Who can see what, who can approve what, and what happens when someone is on leave. Audit trail on every change.
The eight numbers that tell you how the business is doing today, on your phone, without asking anyone to prepare anything.
Most software fails in an MSME because someone sold a product before understanding the business. We work the other way round.
We spend time with you and your team, watch how work actually moves, and find where time and money leak. Owners often tell us the problem is one thing — and the audit shows it is something else entirely.
You get a plain-language plan: which problem to solve now, which can wait six months, and which does not need software at all. Sometimes a process change fixes it and we say so.
You see a working version every two weeks, not a big reveal after six months. Your team uses it early, tells us what is wrong, and we correct it while it is still cheap to correct.
A system nobody uses is money burnt. We train your staff on the actual system, in the language they work in, and stay reachable after go-live.
We have recommended off-the-shelf to clients where it genuinely fit better. Here is how to tell.
| Your situation | Our usual recommendation |
|---|---|
| Standard trading business, no unusual process | Off-the-shelf. Save the money for inventory. |
| Manufacturing with job work, multi-stage BOM or heavy customisation | Custom. No product handles Indian job-work flows well. |
| Multiple outlets with different pricing and schemes | Custom or heavily configured — depends on scheme complexity. |
| Growing fast, process still changing every quarter | Start with focused custom modules, not a full ERP. |
| Under 20 users, simple billing needs | Off-the-shelf plus Tally. Do not over-build. |
| Your process IS your competitive advantage | Custom, always. Do not flatten your edge to fit a template. |
It varies widely with scope, which is why any number quoted before understanding your business is meaningless. A focused two-module build is a very different commitment from a full operations platform.
What we can commit to is the structure: after the free audit you get a written, phase-wise scope with a fixed price per phase. You approve one phase at a time, and you can stop after any phase and still have something that works.
Our first phase typically goes live in eight to twelve weeks. A full multi-module rollout usually runs six to nine months, but you are using working software from month three, not waiting until the end.
The biggest variable is not our development speed — it is how quickly your existing data can be cleaned and how much time your team can give to testing.
No, and we usually recommend you do not. Tally stays as your accounting and compliance system. The ERP handles operations and pushes the relevant entries into Tally automatically, so your CA's workflow is undisturbed and nobody types anything twice.
See Tally automation.
We migrate it. Item masters, customer and supplier records, opening stock, outstanding balances and history as far back as is useful. Cleaning that data is usually the most time-consuming part of the project and we plan for it explicitly rather than discovering it late.
You will also get the cleaned data back in a standard format, so it is yours regardless of what happens to the system.
You do. It runs on your server or in your own cloud account, and you hold the data. We will also hand over the source code on request as part of the contract. We want you to stay with us because the support is good, not because you are locked in.
That is expected — it is one of the main reasons to build custom rather than buy. We design the areas we know are likely to change as configurable settings rather than hard-coded logic, so your team can adjust them without calling us.
For genuine structural changes, we offer ongoing development at agreed rates.
Yes. Multi-location stock, branch-wise sales and consolidated reporting are standard in what we build. The system is web-based, so a branch needs only a browser and an internet connection.
The free audit gives you a written module priority and a realistic sequence — useful even if you build it with someone else.
